[AU-Mbr] WA State Health Technology Clinical Committee Announcement for vacancy recruitment

Dear Reader,

The Health Care Authority's Health Technology Assessment program is  
currently accepting applications and nominations for the Health  
Technology Clinical Committee. Two committee vacancies are currently  
available.

Application materials are available at http://www.hta.hca.wa.gov/vacancy.html 
  and have also been attached to this email.

Please electronically submit application, conflict of interest and  
resume to Shtap at hca.wa.gov or mail information to:

Due Dates
   February 23, 2009 (First Review)
   March 13, 2009 (Final Review)

This is an unusual event as delaying this announcement for the next  
issue of ARNP Care would have meant that no one would be able to make  
the deadline for application. As it is the deadline is very tight,  
with the application due February 23, 2009.

This is a great opportunity to get another ARNP on this committee.  
Currently Louise Kaplan, ARNP sits on the committee.
