[Maine-NPs] A Clarification from Dr. Rusk's Presentation on Dec 3rd

Following our presentation on ADHD by Dr Rusk earlier this month, he  
asked that the following message be sent to the attendees:

"Caffeine in any form causes anxiety and agitation when combined with  
stimulants. It should be titrated down as stimulants are titrated up.  
Many persons with ADHD will self-medicate with caffeine."
