One of my jobs is working as a contracted NP in substance dependence
treatment. The administrator has informed me that it is up to me to let them

know when my salary is no longer in line with the market. I'm hoping any of
you with who work in this capacity will answer this brief survey:

 

 

Number of years working as NP:

 

Number of years in contracted or per diem position:

 

Salary range (pay per hour):

        

        A) < $35/hour

 

        B) $35-$40/hour

 

        C) $40-$45/hour

 

        D) $45-$50/hour

 

        E) > $50/hour

 

I'm not clever enough with the computer to create something you can just
check a box on so if you want to respond with just the answers, such as
12-6-C,

it will work for me.
