Dear Maine NPs,

Please see below the great news that Senator Collins has "dropped the  
bill in" for us to be able to refer medicare patients to home health.   
Please write and thank her if you have a chance.  Kathy Forti-Gallant,  
FNP and I met w/ Senator Collins and Priscilla Hanley on June 11th and  
it is clear ~ our voices are heard.  Democracy does work (sometimes).   
They really appreciate hearing from us.

afternoon...original cosponsors are Collins, Kent Conrad (D-ND), Gordon
Smith (R-ORE), Barbara Mikulski (D-MD) and Dan Inouye (D-Hawaii)

I sent a draft to you before.
