The Family Planning Association of Maine is seeking a part time Nurse
Practitioner to provide family planning clinical services to clients age
10-70 in accordance with written and approved guidelines.  This position is
four hours per week, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday. This position is located in
the Augusta Family Planning Clinic. Education requirements include
graduating from an accredited nurse practitioner program with certification
by National Certification Corporation or ANA, or for CNM’s, graduate of
approved accredited program and certification by the American College of
Nurse Midwifes.  Candidates must be authorized from the state of Maine to
practice in certified specialty and must hold a current DEA registration if
prescribing scheduled drugs.
