[NP-Clinical] generics/substitutions

Hi, Just this week I have had to take one patient off Sertraline secondary
to side effects and less effectiveness after being on it for one month. Also
another patient complained of side effects this week, but we are going to
give it more time. My understanding is that Pfizer is still producing the
generic for 6 months, so wonder what's up? Meredith Baker, Adult/GER NP

I've had two people who coincidentally felt that their generic Zoloft wasn't
as effective within about 2 - 3 weeks of use.
