[NP-Clinical] Police Response - Narcotics, HIPPA and the Law

In CA these posted notices are posted to remind/inform patients that
providers are "mandated reporters" for child abuse, child neglect, sexual
abuse of a minor, gunshot wounds, etc. etc.
