Yes, it comes in drops, and if I remember from when my daughter had this, it
was 1-2 drops po qid. She was a preemie and had colic for the first year.
 
There was also a natural OTC called "Gripa Water" or something like that and
we used that as well with so-so results. I seem to recall it had fennel in
it.  This was all in 2002.

Fortunately, I do not have any personal experience and very little
professional experience with this topic; however, a friend of mine brought
her 8 week old child in to another clinic today and was given an Rx for
Levsin for colic.  The poor little guy has been miserable for 8 weeks,
although he is growing very well, and his mother has been stressed to the
gills.  Is Levsin something that is commonly given to these very young
infants?  What is the usual dosing?
