Do you have a gyn colleague that would be willing to look at the picture
with you?

 

I say this but with the warning to be VERY CAREFUL with this.  This is how I
ended out getting sued.  Patient without insurance who was really worried
about paying for a diagnostic procedure, I asked the neuro for advice, he
faxed back a response, she died a week or two later (of a probably unrelated
problem). Be sure that you document that you advise her to have a biopsy or
at least a visit with a gyn.....
