[NP-Clinical] cancer tx in Boston area

Looking for advice from NP's in Ma.  My 33 yo sister was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.  Originally had lumpectomy scheduled for next Monday, but has since cancelled. This is because while following up with the radiologists for suspicious lesions in the other breast, the radiologists were very taken aback that she was not having a mastectomy due to the size and pathology of the the first mass.  She now wants to go to Boston and hopefully someplace where everyone is on the same page and experienced with younger women.  Dana Farber? Brigham and Womens... Any suggestions appreciated.
