[NP-Clinical] Byetta for weight loss

I am using it for my overweight diabetics and am seeing good results...they 
have much improved glycemic control and reduced hgb A1c's and the weight is 
going down for some (those who really do try to do the diet/exercise thing) 
so much that I have to see them often to reduce other meds, including 
antihypertensives as they get smaller...they are SO HAPPY when I tell them 
that I must now remove the diagnosis of 'Morbid Obesity' from the 'current 
problems' list as they no longer qualify!  I sure wish someone would come up 
with a good weigh tool tho.....
