[NP-Clinical] More on ear problems

I used to add Afrin nasal spray x 3 days and a nasal steroid spray to the
Guafenison and decongestant regime. The Afrin nasal spray tip was given to
me by a flight attendant during a flight where my ears were giving me fit
after a URI.

Any miracle treatment for these pts with chronic plugged ear - Eustachian
tube dysfunction, after a URI? I see several of these a week and always just
advise Guafenison 400- 600 BID and Sudafed. Any other ideas? I have one lady
that is driving me nuts and the TM looks perfect - just this clogged feeling
with some popping.
