Yes, I think you are right...the e-mail format is different from the online
format...and the e-mail format is the one that looks like you have a read
journal in your hands and the page turns look realistic.

I just looked at their site and the articles are the same ones I read last
month so it is the correct journal.

I am pretty sure it is Patient Care for the Nurse Practitioner.

When I went to the website to confirm though, it is a regular web format.  I

am notified via email that the journal is available, and in that format it 
is like you said.
