lactobacillosis and you'll get the article.



This is the article I was referring to but it's not really related to UTI
but cytologic vaginosis.  Perhaps that's why it didn't ring a bell with me.

Interesting anyway!  Maybe some others will have an answer.

If you find the article, I would be interested also.  I have one patient who

has had this scenario twice in the last couple of months and I wasn't sure 
what to do with her.  Since she was symptomatic, I treated with Augmentin 
which resolved her symptoms and the next culture came back negative.
