[NP-Clinical] now a derm question

I don't think there is any suppressive therapy available for children that age. Since this boy seems to really have a problem, I think he needs something. I myself would not prescribe off-label, but maybe if you refer him to an ID specialist, the specialist might give him Valtrex off-label.
