[NP-Clinical] Choosing an Electronic Medical Record System

I know this has been discussed before, and I am sorry for asking but I really need input.  Our office uses EMR, we are wanting to change from AMS to something much more user friendly. 
   
  Could everyone help us decide which one to choose.   What is everyone using, which ones are the best and why, and which ones should we stay away from and why?
