Michele,
There is so much that goes into choosing an EMR System that it's really hard
to recommend just one. There are lots to choose from - starting at free and
moving up to costing tens of thousands of dollars. Besides costs (which is a
huge stumbling block to many), you need to look at
-size of office
-what features do you need
-how will you be networked
-what interfaces do you need
-what are your IT capabilities
-what kind of support is available
-how long as the company been around
-ease of use
A good place to see people talk about various EMR systems is

For the record - I use Amazing Charts. It's easy and affordable for my one
provider office. Yes, there are features I'd like it to have, but overall,
we are happy with it.

I know this has been discussed before, and I am sorry for asking but I
really need input. Our office uses EMR, we are wanting to change from AMS
to something much more user friendly.
Could everyone help us decide which one to choose. What is everyone using,
which ones are the best and why, and which ones should we stay away from and
why?
