I have seen JonokeMED live and it is great...but it was developed in Canada

We've used eClinical Works for over 3 years.  It was pretty rough in the
beginning, but the updates have resolved a lot of issues, and I would
recommend the program now.  And it's affordable.

We have looked into E-clinical works as some physicians over at Columbia are
using it and thought it was fabulous.  It really looks great we just aren't
sure we are ready to take the plunge.  We are concerned the gov't is going
to mandate EMR's and may choose one particular one leaving some of us with
dinosaurs.
