Schneck Medical Center, located in Seymour, Indiana, is actively 
recruiting an AANP or ANCC
Certified Nurse Practitioner who is interested in providing health 
care services that include
health assessment, health management, and diagnosis of health 
problems related to Pain
Management. Duties include ordering of therapeutics, including 
written prescription
medications according to guidelines and mutually acceptable to the 
nurse practitioner and
medical director, anesthesia and pain center. The nurse practitioner 
practices in collaboration
with the pain center physicians, which includes consultations and/or 
referrals as indicated.
Effectively communicates with patients, family and staff. Develops 
and implements effective
teaching plans. Provides appropriate care specific to the age of the 
patient, be securing age
appropriate supplies and being able to provide appropriate age 
specific care as outlined in
performance dimensions.
