One Full time and one Part time Nurse 
Practitioner positions available at a retail type clinic
located at Thorbeckes Fitness center in Chehalis 
for Thorbeckes members. The clinic fits a
unique role for health conscious members. The 
clinic provides convenience care for quick
problems (colds, flu, ear ache, sinus infections, 
etc.) not a full urgent care. Clinic hours
Monday – Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 1pm-6pm. The 
clinic uses an EHR and dispenses
generic prescriptions on site. Anticipate start 
date in mid-September. Competitive salary with
