We Need CNS's in the following areas:

* CNS-Med/Surg-GI/GU/Pulmonary/Infectious Disease covering a 38-bed 
GI/GU unit and a
38-bed Pulmonary/Infectious Disease unit
* CNS-Med/Surg-Ortho/Neuro/ Trauma - oversees 44 beds on the Med/Surg 
unit, 18 beds at
the Institute of Advanced Orthopedics, and a 23-bed rehabilitation unit

Ideal Candidates have:
MSN degree, Five years experience as an RN, Minimum of two years 
experience in area of
expertise, Excellent communication skills, Leadership experience in 
the role of a manager or
educator, Strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the 
organization, Performance
Improvement experience is a plus
