Clinical Supervisor – Occupational Health

Downers Grove, Illinois

Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is a 302-bed

Our nurse practitioners serve as primary care 
providers and consultants for employees,
employers and corporate clients in a variety of 
outpatient occupational health and urgent care
settings. This position also provides an 
opportunity for a nurse practitioner to grow in
leadership and management skills.

Requires an Illinois licensed Advanced Practice 
Nurse with at least 5 years of experience in
Occupational Health, 3-5 years of management experience and excellent computer/
communication skills. COHN certification preferred.
