Clinical Coordinator (1025)

24/7 responsibility for preparing and managing, hire, fire, review, 
and evals for this 24-bed
Special Care Nursery, that takes 28 weekers and above. Report to DON: 
Peds & Perinatal
Services. 46 FTEs; all RN Nursing Staff - RNs attend all deliveries. 
There is a separate
Transport Team. Competitive Salary. Relocation is offered at 10% of 
the base annual salary.

The right candidate will be an experienced leader who has 
successfully faced challenges, is
able to mentor, shape, and mold a specialty unit that embraces the 
philosophy of
Developmental Care.

Requires:
- Clinical experience in a Level II (or higher) Labor & Delivery 
Service, including circulating in an
OR setting
- Perinatal experience
- Fetal monitoring experience
- Clinical experience in a Level II or higher Neonatal Care.
- Pediatric Acute Care experience
- BSN is preferred.
- Current AZ License
