SmartCare Family Medical Centers is seeking a


District Manager Nurse Practitioner for Washington
and
Clinical Family Nurse Practitioners in Washington

SmartCare Family Medical Centers (SmartCare) is 
an innovative healthcare company
developing medical facilities, primarily in host 
locations, and offering patients the most
convenient and cost-effective access to 
healthcare services for minor acute illnesses. Staffed
by a Medical Assistant and a Nurse Practitioner, 
SmartCare treats common ailments while
providing basic services such as flu shots, 
vaccines, school and employment physicals, and
health screenings. SmartCare provides patients 
with the most convenient access to
healthcare by offering no appointments necessary 
and locating our attractive self-contained
Medical Centers within larger retail host facilities.

SmartCare Family Medical Centers is pursuing a 
Nurse Practitioner for the Clinical District
Manager position. The duties include:

- Maintaining nurse practitioner and certified 
medical assistant staff by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, and training clinical staff, ensuring 
that they are current in competency, licensure,
certifications, and other annual training
- Directing and coordinating clinical daily 
operations for multiple SmartCare sites
- Managing involvement in quality assurance, 
performance evaluations, and employee
relations, while working closely with the medical director.

This Position requires at least 3 years of 
clinical experience with prior managerial/supervisory
duties.

SmartCare is also seeking Family Nurse 
Practitioners with an interest in the independent
practice of family medicine.
