Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

Position Description:
What's your reason? How about making a difference for the tiniest 
little fighters you'll ever
meet? Because that's exactly what you'll do as you demonstrate your 
expertise in the clinical
management of high-risk neonate and infant patients. In this 
multifaceted role, you will:
* Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of medical, 
nursing and support services
staff to provide family-centered care
* Provide educational opportunities for families and staff
* Take on administrative functions
* Consult on various cases
* Initiate and implement research projects

There are currently multiple opportunities to choose from, including 
full-time with varied
shifts and per diem.

Position Requirements:
* Florida Registered Nurse/Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure
* Current national certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or 
eligibility (must be
achieved within 2 years of hire)
* Graduation from an approved Nurse Practitioner Program
* 3+ years of RN experience
* CPR certification
* Expert clinical and written/verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of teaching/learning, change, leadership and 
administration techniques
* Master's degree in a related health care field (preferred)
* Level 3 neonatal nursing (preferred)
