Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Rehab Services. Orthopedic 
Nurse Practitioner,
Full-Time exempt. Required: Current Oregon RN license, Nurse 
Practitioner licensure, MSN,
current BLS, ACLS, current Oregon prescriptive authority including 
DEA certificate, completion
of CE licensure requirements within previous 3 years, prior 
experience as a NP (1500+ hrs
within 3 years), PHS NP privileging as an independent practitioner 
within 6 months of hire.
Preferred: ANP experience. The Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner 
(Ortho NP) is a
registered nurse with advanced practice education and clinical 
competency necessary for the
delivery of primary health and medical care of the peri-operative 
orthopedic/total joint surgery
patient in the Acute Care Hospital setting. Salary range: $34.90/hr. 
- $52.36/hr. For more
