Responsible for proactive case management of all employees on medical 
leaves of absence
and act as a Personnel Health Service clinician. Three years 
outpatient exp with emphasis on
occupational health with 1+ years exp in administering return to work 
programs required.
Master's degree as Nurse Practitioner, specialty in Occupational 
Medicine and a NY State
license a must.
