Telecare has opportunities for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner at our 
new mental health
recovery programs in Menlo Park and Northern San Mateo County that 
will serve a total of 110
clients with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). As a 
Telecare Nurse Practitioner,
you will provide direct nursing care and medical treatment. The 
duties and responsibilities of
this position are performed under the direction of a physician while 
reporting to the Clinical
Director for supervision.

Requires Two (2) years of medical nursing experience. A BA/BS degree, 
completion of an
accredited Nurse Practitioner program, and certification by the 
American Nurses Association
of Family Nurse Practitioners. Excellent health teaching ability is 
necessary. Bilingual is a big
plus!
