Enjoy weekday hours, moderate caseloads and a 
supportive team environment! This NP role
involves day-to-day patient contact, including 
direct care duties in long-term care settings, case
load management, and patient family contact. The 
NP also serves as a clinical adviser and
clinical services manager and is involved in 
organizing and facilitating training. Position is
located in Golden Valley, MN.

A master’s level NP with national certification 
is required; geriatric, adult/family or psychiatric
certification is preferred. Nursing home and/or 
assisted living experience is also required. A
working knowledge of electronic medical records 
and solid computer skills are needed.
