Nurse Practitioners

Acting as a patient advocate and using best 
practices, it will be your responsibility to provide
primary care within your specific department, 
including assessment, development,
implementation and evaluation of a plan of care. 
Your impact extends to include applying your
talents and expertise to enhance our patient 
education and wellness initiatives throughout our
continuum of care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional 
nurse in the State of Wisconsin who has at
least two years of general primary care clinical 
experience or experience in an area of specialty,
as well as graduation from both an accredited 
School of Nursing and accredited Nurse
Practitioner program (MSN). Certification as an 
Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber for the
state of Wisconsin required.
