Tri-County Community Health Center

Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) for NIU Tri-County Community Health 
Center (TCCHC), a
nurse-managed rural health clinic in Malta, Illinois (6 miles west of 
the NIU campus). The
clinic is a nationally recognized model for the delivery of health 
care using advanced practice
nurses. The APN is responsible for providing care to TCCHC clients. 
This full-time supportive
professional staff position will start immediately. The clinic is 
open Monday-Friday and work
hours are flexible.

Qualifications: American Nurses Association certification as an 
advanced nurse practitioner
or certification eligible and current licensure as a Registered Nurse 
in the State of Illinois is
required. Experience in primary care is preferred.
