Nurse Practitioners

Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking experienced 
Nurse Practitioners. As
part of one of the country's pre-eminent universities, our 479-bed 
Level I regional trauma
center is proud to be on the leading edge of medical advancement. As 
Central Pennsylvania's
only academic medical center, and home to Penn State Children's 
Hospital, we are looked to
as a resource for the most complex adult and pediatric cases, serving 
in areas such as our
Level III Neonatal ICU and new Heart and Vascular ICU. Our nurse 
practitioners function as a
member of a multidisciplinary health care team providing a wide range 
of services to a
specific patient population. Nurse practitioners desiring personal 
and professional growth
will be able to achieve both as a member of our health professions 
team. The following
specialties are currently available:

* Family Practice
* Gastroenterology
* Neurosurgery Professional Services
* Heart and Vascular Intensive Care Unit
* Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
* Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

A Master's Degree in Nursing with two years RN experience, one year 
NP experience, and PA
state nursing licensure (or eligibility) required. Certification in 
the area of specialization is
preferred. Must have effective consultation skills.
