At the Swedish Pain Center, we evaluate, diagnose and treat more than 
900 patients a month
who are suffering from chronic pain. The Nurse Practitioner works 
closely with patients in our
team-based environment to assess, diagnose, plan, treat and follow up 
on approved
treatment plans. This is an exciting opportunity to establish your 
own case loads while
cultivating procedural skills in the following clinical areas:

* Musculoskeletal medicine
* Occupational / Sports injuries
* Electro diagnosis
* Minimally invasive spine care
* Chronic pain disorders

Your collaboration with our team of physicians is essential in 
optimizing treatment plans and
pain control. Our experts are internationally recognized and remain 
on the leading edge of
research and teaching in this developing practice.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and 
an advanced degree in
a Nurse Practitioner program and at least 1 year of experience as an 
ARNP. Must be licensed
as a RN and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of 
Washington. ANA
certification as a Nurse Practitioner is essential, as is a current 
DEA number (or ability to gain
one within 90 days of hire).

Employees in this position are required to successfully complete a 
90-day probationary period.
