Permanent Housing & Assertive Community Treatment Team (PHACT) is 
currently seeking
an NP or Psychiatrist. You will provide direct psychiatric treatment 
to mentally ill consumers in
the community and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Must 
be licensed and
registered in NYS. Some experience working with special need 
populations a plus. Brooklyn
& Queens locations available.
