Brand new opportunity for two experienced Neonatal Nurse 
Practitioners to join Pediatrix
Medical Group full-time at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado. The 
hospital has over
1,600 births annually and you will care for neonates in our 6-bed 
Level II NICU (building to a
  Level III) with about 100 annual NICU admissions and a daily census 
of 1-4 babies. As an
NNP, you will have the chance to work independently and the 
opportunity for teaching staff.
Your responsibilities will include managing all deliveries less than 
36 weeks, attending high
risk deliveries, caring for all unassigned well newborns, and caring 
for short term ventilated
patients and infants requiring CPAP. Critically ill and unstable 
patients requiring more than
short term ventilation are transferred to other units. You will be 
supported by our
Neonatologists who will round daily and are available 24/7 by 
telephone. In Pueblo, located
along the Arkansas River about 35 minutes from Colorado Springs, you
