Assistant Director of Clinician Services

Planned Parenthood of Western Washington has an opening for a 
full-time Assistant Director
of Clinician Services. The mission of Planned Parenthood of Western 
Washington is to
ensure that all people in our communities can make informed choices 
about reproductive
and sexual health.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of five years of clinical experience as a nurse 
practitioner or 2 years PPWW
reproductive healthcare experience
* MA/MS in health related field preferred
* WA State RN & ARNP licenses and CPR certificate required
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Presentation skills are preferred
* Spanish skills are a plus
* Must have excellent customer service skills and be committed to 
oviding the highest level
of customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities:
* Assist the Director of Clinician Services in the oversight and 
management of Registered
Nurses and Clinicians.
* Participate in the development and implementation of practice standards
* Assist in monitoring and assessment of quality of care and patient outcomes
* Recruitment, hiring, development, and evaluation of Clinician and 
RN performance
* Provide direct patient care 30% biweekly; travel to clinics in 
western Washington
