Full time director level nursing position with a leading provider of 
Twin Cities based chemical
dependency services. Nurse director will be part of an innovative 
leadership team of creative,
high energy, and supportive individuals who work closely with the CEO 
to improve systems
and develop new strategies for growth. Director will be ultimately 
responsible for directing the
nursing/medical staff at 3 residential treatment facilities across 
the metro area. Sample
duties will include: recruitment and retention of nursing personnel, 
staff training and
development including core competencies, review and implementation of 
nursing care
policies, etc. Candidates with background knowledge in the field of 
chemical dependency
and recovery encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess excellent 
written and
communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build a cohesive, 
productive team. Must
be computer literate and have a minimum 2 years solid management 
experience with a
minimum bachelor's degree in nursing or higher. Salary $85-$95K range 
with excellent
