This is a great opportunity for Nurse Practitioners to be a part of 
our growing organization.
Positions are available throughout California, as well as in San 
Antonio, Texas and the
Orlando and Melbourne areas in Florida. The Nurse Practitioner 
participates in the care of the
patients as part of a team that also includes a Personal Visiting 
Physician and Nurse Care
Managers. Qualified candidates will possess national certification 
through AANP or ANCC, a
furnishing license and DEA number. CLM offers a comprehensive
