seeking to fill the following positions:

Advanced Practice Nurses
* Oncology
* Critical Care
* Congestive Heart Failure Program

In this position, you will be responsible for 
leading and directing the diagnosis-based teams
in the care and services of patients and 
promoting effective and appropriate utilization of
clinical, ancillary and material resources. You 
will also develop, implement and manage
programs for patients.

You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of recent 
clinical experience in an acute care setting
and a Masters Degree in Nursing with a specialty 
in a clinical area. Current CA RN license
and CA Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse 
Practitioner certification required. National
certification through ANCC or via a national 
credentialing association is preferred. Knowledge
of utilization review, discharge planning, 
clinical pathways, managed care and "Best Practice
Guidelines" is desired. Experience in developing 
educational programs related to health care
and excellent project management skills are required.
