comprehensive health care services to over 20 community health 
centers in Washington and
Oregon. We are dedicated to providing our patients with the highest

We are currently looking for NPs who are interested in providing 
primary health care in a
multicultural environment and who want to make a difference in the 
lives of others.

We support our providers with a multidisciplinary team approach and a 
strong support system.

relocation expenses are also included.

We currently have opportunities in Washington: Grandview, Yakima, 
Toppenish and Oregon:
Woodburn, Salem.
