Full time (4 day work week averaging 36 hrs) ANP or FNP wanted for a 
nationally top rated
pain management clinic in Utah. Cutting edge practice offering 
radiofrequency treatments,
implanted devices, vertebral plasty, etc. NP will be the second NP to 
join this stable practice
which highly values each member of the team. NP will see 15-20 new 
consults each day. No
rounds, weekends, or call. Experience is desired, but new grads with 
ortho and neuro
med/surg background considered. Generous sign on, relocation 
assistance, strong PTO
package. Salary will depend on experience. Range $80-100K. Numerous
