The University of Washington School of Medicine is seeking three (3) 
Advanced Registered
Nurse Practitioner at the faculty rank of Teaching Associate in the 
Department of Surgery at
Harborview Medical Center. The ARNP will provide patient care 
independently and participate
as a member of the surgical teams, with appropriate consultation. 
Direct care is provided to
surgery patients (trauma, wound care, and critical care) including 
admission, patient
management, and discharge. The mid-level provider serves as a 
resource person for
patient's families, health care providers, and participates in 
surgical research and teaching
programs.

Position requires a master's degree in nursing from an accredited 
school of nursing, current
Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure 
with prescriptive
privileges, have national certification as a nurse practitioner, and 
have current Advanced
Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support certification.
