St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network has opportunities for CRNPs who 
are licensed in PA
and who have experience in Primary Care with Adult and/or Geriatric 
populations. Ability to
provide comprehensive assessment and facilitate treatment 
recommendations is essential.
Will work collaboratively with physician to provide care in 
affiliated assisted living/ retirement
community. Will consider recent graduates with certification.
