Job Title: Target Clinic QA & Compliance Manager
Operating Company: Target

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for regulatory and contract compliance for all Target 
Clinics locations. Oversee
execution of Quality Assurance programs to ensure Target brand 
standards maintained.
Support the analysis and management of new strategies as determined 
by the Target Clinic
team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, implement and oversee programs to ensure adherence to all 
Government
programs and regulations.
2. Build and manage tracking and reporting tools for all Quality and 
Compliance programs.
3. Complete and maintain all credentialing forms & applications for 
insurance companies in
partnership with outside vendors.
4. Develop and manage compliance program based on insurance contract 
requirements
5. Implement Target quality or regulatory programs (Medicare Fraud)
6. Develop & check reports to ensure highest quality procedures & processes.
7. Develop and produce regular communication to Target leadership.
8. Organize and lead quarterly QA meeting with medical partners.

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to Medical Director, Target Clinics. Works closely with Sr. 
Manager, Target Clinics/
Team, Legal, key vendor partners, Risk Management, Government 
Relations, Managed
Care team, Store Support, Sr. Manager Healthcare Strategy/Team. Works 
on a limited basis
with Pharmacy Operations, Target Technology Services.

* Effectively manages project plans and resources
* Able to recognize interrelationships and successful navigate thru 
complexities
* Exudes a high level of initiative/ownership for work
* 5+ years experience
* Bachelors Degree

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
* Minimum 3 years in a healthcare environment preferred
* Experience in healthcare administration, supervision
* Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
