office. In this role, you
would oversee a team of NPs working at a number of long-term care 
facilities around

Key responsibilities of this Nurse Practitioner position include:
* Maintaining relationships with nursing homes and developing 
relationships with the
clinical leadership at these facilities
* Shadowing the NPs, making sure they stay educated within their area 
of expertise and
coaching them when issues arise
* Acting as liaison between Evercare leadership and the team in the field
* Overseeing staffing and employee relations

The chosen Nurse Practitioner must possess:
* A current and valid Ohio license
* Experience managing other nurses
* Computer proficiency

Preferred assets include:
* Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
* Case management and clinical experience in a range of settings
* A background in Medicare/Medicaid
* Experience working with vendors of durable medical equipment (DME)
