Seeking F/T NP. Individual should have an interest or experience in 
geriatric care. Provider will
work with and be supervised by medical director to provide direct 
patient care to skilled
nursing facility patients, long term care patients and see patients 
in retirement community on
a prn basis. Provider will also work closely with rehab physician 
director for rehab patients in
SNF. Make hospital inpatient rounds. Work with medical director & 
nursing and case
management to facilitate timely medical care and discharge. Work 
cooperatively with nursing
staff to carry out care plans. Participate in Six Sigma quality 
initiatives. M-F work week, 2
weekend calls/month. Competitive salary & excellent benefits package.

Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in State of TX. MSN 
required with current
certification by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of TX as an 
Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an expanded nursing role preferred.

Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 600-licensed bed, Level III trauma 
center located in Harlingen in
South TX. Community has low cost of living, excellent public & 
private schools, semi-tropical
weather, & close proximity to white sand beaches.
