COMPANY INFORMATION: Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, located 
in the heart of
Chicago, is a premier, multi-specialty physician group practice 
affiliated with Northwestern
Memorial Hospital. The Cardiology Division at Northwestern Medical 
Faculty Foundation and
the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern is searching for a 
Nurse Practitioner.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Nurse Practitioner we seek will help develop 
and maintain a brand
new women's cardiovascular program. This position will participate in 
the development of
evidence-based treatment protocols, marketing and physician outreach 
activities, research
activities, education programs and advocacy efforts. Responsibilities 
include direct patient
care, consultation and education, performing medical histories, 
physical examinations,
psychosocial assessments of patients, and ordering appropriate 
follow-up tests and
procedures.

REQUIREMENTS: Current CPR, APN, IL RN required. Cardiology experience 
is a plus.
