and implements new clinical services and consults on clinical 
evaluations; oversees
orientation and training of all licensed staff and oversees/consults 
for non-licensed staff
training; implements affiliate medical protocols and acts as primary 
liaison with PPFA, DHHS,
& CDC. Req. license or eligibility to practice as an NP in OR & WA; 
10 years exp. in women's
health care; extensive, high level management experience; knowledge 
of state and federal
regulatory requirements preferred; Word, Excel and Power Point; 
commitment to Planned
