Dynamic Nurse Practitioner sought to share lease space, but retain 
complete independent
practice in a North Wilsonville, Oregon wellness center. The center 
has chiropractors,
acupuncture, massage therapy, and a nutritionist. A life coach and 
physical therapist is being
sought. I am a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice, and would love 
to co-lease the 1200 sf
space. The space is part of a stunning 12,000 sf building that is 
completely re-modeled. You
would have the opportunity to design your space. We would share to 
reception area, and there
is a beautiful bathroom, and an outside entrance could be made. You 
would do your own
billing, and appointments and have your own practice. It would be the 
same for me. I have an
EMR, so there will be no paper charts. I am looking for someone 
progressive, holistic, wishes
to work in an integrated practice modality setting, and truly cares 
for being a change agent in
health care. As practitioners we are catalysts to provide education 
and inspiration, and patients
