NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our 
Walk-in Mall Clinic located in Muncie, IN.

The Cardinal QuickCare walk-in mini-clinic is 
seeking a Nurse Practitioner for full-time
or part-time; possible flex shifts. May include 
some evenings and weekends. Position
offers independent functioning in a fast-paced 
environment. Benefits include health
insurance, paid vacation, CME allowance, paid 
malpractice and competitive salary.

The Nurse Practitioner will have 3 years of 
experience and current licensure as a
Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana or 
evidence of an application for Indiana licensure
  and successful completion of a Family Nurse 
Practitioner certification. Current Indiana
and federal DEA as appropriate. Experience in a 
medical office setting, urgent care or
emergency room is preferred.
